There seems to be an issue with file uploads... attachments are biffing also. I think it has to do with settings on the new server... but since there's like 4 different places that file uploads can get broken, I haven't figured it out yet....

okay, the attachment's were failing cuz the files directory had no write permissions.. I figure that's the same issue the avatars are having, so I fixed that too... give it a try and let me know!
