Default WTB: dual-port exhaust manifold for EJ25

Now that I have my EJ25 engine, I need a dual-port exhaust manifold for it. I was talking to someone here on the forum that had one for sale a couple of months ago, but was never able to get back to him about it...anyone have an extra one laying around your garage? Will be going in my 97 Impreza. Might also me interested in a dual-port Borla header if I have enough $$ leftover.

They make Borla replicas you can get on eBay, usually for under $150 shipped. There have been reports that the fitment is sometimes really bad, but sometimes perfect. Nobody has been able to figure out how to tell which seller has which. They're probably all coming from the same place and there was one bad batch that may or may not be all gone now.

I have one, it came off of a 91 legacy (not 2.5l) so I'm not 100% sure it will fit but it is dual port. I'd let it go for $10, which is about how much in gas it would cost me to go pick it up. lmk the rough measurements unless someone on here knows if it will fit...

Thanks for the pic...that manifold design won't work because of the integrated cat. The manifold I need has the pipe/cat flange closer to the center and the cat off to one side (similar, but not the right one). In any case, if I can't find a factory y-pipe for the EJ25, I'll just try to locate a real Borla. Just a note, I was talking to one of the tech guys over at Borla and he said that the EJ25 header (pn 17183) has a pending EO# for California use, and should be cali legal in 2-3 months. I am planing on moving back to cali if I ever get my mobile sold, so that would be a good thing for me.

Also need to add something to my shopping list....need a stock EJ25 flywheel, or can I use the one from my EJ22? I am keeping my MT5 tranny that is currently behind my 2.2.

The flywheels are interchangeable among NA cars (with appropriate clutch/PP), so just bolt what you have to your EJ25 and call it good.

I have a header/cat from a 2001 RS in my parts pile you can have for free if you come by to pick it up. I'm not sure on the condition or mileage, and the bolts were corroded into the catpipe really badly, but it's free and will at least let you get the car mobile with a spot of rusted hardware removal.
