That was so cool ... first thing Saturday morning when about 10 WRX's drove in. I couldn't believe it! I wished someone had a video of that.

The SCCA regulars were all commenting on how amazed they were that there were so many subarus ....

I wished I had more time to spend with you guys, but I just inherited registration duties and we're kept busy for the first 2 hours.

Sunday was plenty cold out there with the wind chill. There were exercises in the morning, and the afternoon was run like a normal autocross, so 1/2 the group split up & worked, while the other half ran; and it was not too pleasant to be working the course in that wind. So, we ran until about 3pm and then shut down early.

Another WRX driver, WRB sedan, showed up on Sunday, he said he wasn't on the board yet, but maybe he'll sign up. He had a nice ride, and was posting decent times on the course on his street tires. Also saw Sergio on Sunday taking pics in the afternoon. (Sorry, I was running as a 2-driver, so couldn't give you a ride in the afternoon.)

Hope to see you all out there on April 26/27. Mark your calendars....
On Saturday: Street tire classes and street mod runs in the morning, d-stock and STX runs in the afternoon.
On Sunday: Street mod in the morning; Street tire, dstock & stx in the afternoon.
