You only think that STi isn't too fast because you've never had a close call yet. 80 mph really doesn't seem that fast until the back-end is out or you realize that you want to be stopped NOW... it takes a lot of distance to slow down from 80, no matter how beefy the Brembo's are. The last thing you want to do is "get used to it", as soon as you're not a little scared, you stop respecting the car and the road, and that's when it will come out and bite you. Never forget, every time you get behind the wheel, it could kill you. You never think it'll happen to you, but the fact is, it does happen, and you're not any more special than the rest of us. I'm not trying to be a dick, or imply you can't drive... just some friendly advice to *all* the people on here that drive fast-ass cars... which is like everyone but sybir and nKoan. :P |

My car turns faster, is better balanced (it's a wagon, so better weight distribution) and stays pointed the correct direction all the way through the turn ;)
Don't worry, the hooptywagon will be getting an EJ20, if only to stop all of the "is that a turbo?" questions ;) |
