You had to catch me in my NABISCO OT pose, eh Scott?

And two points:

1. bad shot of BOO's Dub. You can barely see the wing

2. proof my car is mad fast: how did my front plate get bent?

ArthurS 2003-04-29 10:08 AM

So, this thursday again? Same time and location?

It wouldn't be a "weekly meet" otherwise. ;)

ArthurS 2003-04-29 11:40 AM

MattR 2003-04-29 08:20 PM

tysonK 2003-04-29 08:25 PM

Yah the dude who did my car at firestone has 1.8 liter GC8 it's red with some nice little wheels on it. I told him to swing by Thursday.

ArthurS 2003-04-29 08:44 PM

Yea its cool that its getting bigger. I also talked to a guy with a Grand National that may drop by also. Supposed to be sick!

imprezton 2003-04-29 09:54 PM

That guy with the RS in Auto-X this weekend oughta come along. I've seen him all over town.

I don't know what happened to my post, but I'm probably AWOL this thursday, as I'm helping my best friend pack up to leave town :(

JC 2003-04-30 08:59 PM

See you guys tomorrow. Might even wash the mud off my car.

ArthurS 2003-05-01 03:51 PM

See everyone tonight at 7. Have to run 'Herby' through the car-wash and pick up my digi cam.

Herby = My Wagon (because the horn sounds like Herby)

8)

sperry 2003-05-01 03:58 PM

I'll be there with bells on... and by bells, I mean my stock rims.

imprezton 2003-05-02 11:22 AM

Ahhh damn, I missed JC :(

How was the turnout?

ArthurS 2003-05-02 12:27 PM

I think 9 cars. It was pretty good. We decided we are going to have a poll every wendesday night to decide where to eat.

BOO 2003-05-02 04:17 PM

JC dude !! thanks man !! I apreciate your info on the STi

Was there any discussion on shaking up the locations? Not that I mind driving 1/8 mile to the meet, but I thought that might lend itself to spreading the eating possibilities, too.

sperry 2003-05-03 07:54 PM

We were talking about Los Tres Amigos Cantina for next time.... mmmm mexican food.... mexican beer..... hella good...

BOO 2003-05-03 08:08 PM

OK HERE GOES NOTHING!!!
Do you have to be mexican to go into that place ???
because if you do then i am getting some fake MEXICAN papers !!!.. LMAO

Ps: i am there too !!

ArthurS 2003-05-03 09:26 PM

Catina sounds cool to me. Also, do you think that we should send PM's to most of the other people on the board like on Wendesday? Because they will get a email notification, then we could have more people show up :o

sperry 2003-05-04 10:13 AM

All the spanish I know, I learned in Mexico on various spring breaks:

Mas cerveca, por favor!
Uno mas tequila? No gracias senor!
Que es ese hacer de mujer a ese asno!?

So I should be set for Los Tres...

sperry 2003-05-07 09:31 AM

Okay folks!

Where are we meeting tomorrow?

Matt and I were talking about Los Tres Amigos Cantina. It's on S. Virginia right by the Lithia VW dealer on the south side of town.

They've got a bar, decent (but not award winning) mexican food, decent prices, and are usually pretty empty, so we should be able to just show up with 10 people.

So, Los Tres has my vote unless someone else can come up with a better idea!

ZER026D 2003-05-07 09:55 AM

Im down for what ever.

ArthurS 2003-05-07 09:56 AM

Sounds good to me.

sperry 2003-05-07 10:00 AM

Okay, let's plan for Los Tres Amigos Cantina, tomorrow at 7pm!

I'm going to send out that mass email to see if we can reach the members that haven't been to the board lately.
