Eclipses are slow and tell your friend to learn a few things and to install it himself.

Ill be back in late feb/early march for a couple weeks. I dont feel like installing an FMIC though. Its not that hard... so if he has any questions just post them online and Ill be glad to help out. The only bad part is the bolts to remove the front bumper under the headlights - be prepared to remove the headlights or to break the bumper (which is normal - you dont need those bolts anyways).

boost controller was a success, now it dosent seem to be running so rich. all thats left now is the fmic and the big 16g!

Um... shouldn't you at the absolute least have a gauge that tells you the A/F ratio? Or better yet, some sort of engine managment to ensure you're running enought fuel? IF the car "doesn't seem to be running so rich" how can you be sure that it's not leaning out at like 5000 to 5500 rpms?

S-AFC are a lot cheaper than a new motor... and remember: your car is always fastest right before it blows up.

Haha... who taught you that?? :P

Dont bother with an A/F guage - either go out and get Palm Piolet with OBD2 from www.digitaltuning.com (or .net - I forgot) or just get a wide band 02. I doubt your car was running rich - especially with the stock T-25 and stock fuel. Remember, without a BOV or even without a new turbo, you cant really run anything over 15psi. Good luck with the rest - just remember to read a lot before you do something, take your time and do it once, do it right.
