The strut tower bar won't add oversteer much if any, but if you have the 17mm OEM sway bar and soft endlinks, then yah, Understeer City.

Well I am a cheap bastard, but I can see it coming too. Once I get a chance to see the car in all the areas I will have a better understanding of where I want to go with the mods. The Sway bar will probably be first, or new rims and tires.

Wheels and tires are the best first mod. Every suspension sucks when you have crap tires. ;)

You may want to go to www.subydude.com and sign up for their newsletter. They always offer Rota wheels with tires mounted and balanced for a package deal, but periodically, they email me when they have a special where they throw in lug nuts (which you should get) and a shirt or somthing for free.

Rotas aren't the lightest wheels, but they're a lot lighter than most wheels that cost ~$150 each and they come in the proper size (and more importantly the wierd Suby offset).

Well I just checked out the www.subaruwrxparts.com page.....I think I might need to sell a kidney before I can do any mods.

You may want to consider used parts then. For somthing like a swaybar and endlinks, they shouldn't be much different from new, as long as there's not a ton of surface rust, which you can usually see if they take pics for you.

The forum at www.nasioc.com may be your best bet for sheer quantity of items in the classified section, but sometimes locals will have stuff posted here or on www.i-club.com. It's always nice to save $ on shipping by buying stuff locally.

Good luck.
