You know, the damn thing you plug digital camera memory sticks into. Once I find that, then I plan on taking all the pictures off of the MicroSD and reformat the thing. I'll then figure out in my computer which file is corrupted.

Either way, this SD is not going back into my new phone that comes tomorrow unless I am absolutely sure the thing isn't going to kill yet another phone.

I have a microSD converter if you need it.

If you pulled it out of the phone and hard booted (Pulled the battery) the phone, it should be fine. I can't imagine a phone getting hurt by a corrupt SD card.

And amusingly enough, a ScanDisk may fix the card and files and allow you to extract them all! Let me know if you need any help.

I can't find my adapter, so yes I do believe I need some help with this stupid thing. I tried rebooting the phone without the microSD or the Simcard in it, nothing either way or by any combination.

The ATT guy today told me the only way to reset this particular model that I have is to do it while its on. I told him, that is the problem, I can't get it to turn on.

Try pulling the battery, pull and replace SIM card, leave MicroSD out.

Hold down power button for 10 seconds. (Nothing should happen)

Plug in charger. (Phone still open) Anything happen?

If not, unplug adapter, put in battery and plug in adapter. Anything happen?

Try power up. Anything happen?

Try holding power button for 10 seconds.

Let me know when you want to do something with the memory card.

Try holding power button for 10 seconds. I tried turning on the phone with just the charger plugged in, and the screen flashed at me for a split second, other then that. Nothing.

Well, howabout before the meet on Thursday?

I can't believe there was a time when we actually had to use a land line to make calls.
