Nevermind! I think I have the 90k mile spark plugs...and I have a little over 42k miles on my car

I just had the ol' CEL/blinky cruise the other day. I dismissed it as overboost or some such non-sense. AP said 'No Codes Found!" so I issued the 'Reset ECU' command.

A few days later the CEL came back. This time I checked with my real OBDII scanner.
P200X Intake Runner valve stuck open (Bank 1).

Turns out the APS TGV delete sensor bypass thingamajig lost a screw or two and separated.

Spark plugs are recomended for replacement at 60,000 mile intervals... I'd be willing to bet that you had a tumble generated valve code. That code is more common than any other code.
