Very nice car bro. It's about how mine sits now. Before spacers my back wheels were tucked. I've always loved bright red and the yellow on the WRX's because they are unique.

cody 2010-02-12 02:26 PM

Oh yah, I wouldn't want it any more saggy. Good call then. What springs are you on?

H&R's. I'm told they are slammed mainly for looks but aren't that good performance wise. At least my new exhaust and rear bumper doesn't scrape anymore. Lol.

I know how to paste videos here but how does your photo upload work on this site? I got 3 pics to post for you guys. I'll also have an exhaust video later.

Couple pics. My tucked wheels are shown in the same video where Tommy smoked my already slipping clutch for 10 straight seconds LOL. I'll upload it when I upload my exhaust video another day.

Nice pics cody, what's that weird brown stuff under your car? /SARCASM

ya torqueing everything is good, and re-checking torque a week later is great!

Hey Rob. I'm going to clear the headlights man, i'm waiting for Austin and Kyle we are doing it together. I added 4200k non HID's but they still aren't bright because inside of cover isn't clear. LOL on the ricer comment. I tried to remove it first 2 days but everyone said it's not worth it just leave it. It's no more rice than mud flaps on half the cars in Reno that don't mud or half the other shit that goes on. I still tell people it's a WRX ;p.

;)

Sorry didn't mean to put my response in quote format lol.

supraluke 2010-02-13 03:27 PM

So how did you decide to do it? Pull the motor or drop the trans? I pulled the trans but I think I would have saved a lot of time if I had pulled the motor instead.

100_Percent_Juice 2010-02-13 03:56 PM

When you say "pulled the motor" are you talking about actually removing it from the engine bay or just sliding it forward enough to get the clutch out?

Clippersfan86 2010-02-14 09:00 AM

Lol not sure what he meant. I think we are going to do whatever way Moose knows how to do lol. So I better bring a few flash lights right Joel?

Clippersfan86 2010-02-14 11:30 AM

Well I have kind of crappy news. UPS said the package is not due until Thursday so i'm going to have to call and bitch out the autoparts shop, they said 1-2 business days. So on a good note I assume those of you that are only available during week might now be free to stop by and make sure we aren't screwing anything up ;). I'm thinking either Saturday or Sunday

100_Percent_Juice 2010-02-14 04:19 PM

I hear you will be serving pizza, beer, and Chinese food. This install day is not Atkins approved.

And if it were me, I would serve food that doesn't make people fall into a deep sleep.

Clippersfan86 2010-02-14 04:30 PM

Lol... well if I offer Salad, water and veggies i'll be doing the install alone Joel. If you can't eat a man meal like Pizza and Beer you are beyond salvation my friend! Cavemen lived off of Pizza and Beer from what I understand. It will probably be more of a case where I ask people what they want and we can make food runs. Pizza is a definite though because we can be lazy asses and get it delivered. I should ask everyone to take a multi vitamin so they don't get lazy and stop doing shit when food coma sets in. *cough cough Moose*.
