Man, isn't that like 5 babies on this board in the last year? Damn.

Was there a power outage or something 9 months ago?

Congrats Rory!

You getting any sleep? I'm usually up until 1 or 2... then I eek out maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep before it's diaper time again.

*sigh*

I remember back to when I thought having one kid was hard.

rory_a 2012-09-04 03:28 PM

Thanks all!

I'm not doing too bad - I'm back at work so I try to let Jenn get some sleep once I get home, and handle the shift until midnight, she takes over after that so I can get sleep before work, then I take care of the 6am shift before I get ready to head out. She's off through mid December so taking the middle of the night shift isn't too bad. All that said, still tired. And it's hard when you typically have headaches four or five days a week - now I'm in a constant state of headache.

Definitely need to work on keeping him up as much as possible during the day so he sleeps more through the night though, he starts fussing once the lights go out.

We've got the same problem. Kid sleeps like a brick all day long. As soon as it'd bed time... it's like he just wants to go crazy.
