Ug, WingStop for lunch + that last video is making me feel a little nauseous.

sperry 2008-06-03 12:11 PM

The waiters one was funny... the rest... not so much. :(

Nick Koan 2008-06-03 12:13 PM

Yeah, I think I remember it more fondly than it really was.

Especially since those are the skits that I still remember (and therefore should have been the funniest).

I would bet they are burning alcohol, so the bucket of water is the right stuff and is really all you need assuming the total volume on board is only enough for the run and the drive from the pits. You can see the buckets and supplies every 50 feet or so.

He was probably ready to throw it on the driver if necessary.

That tractor is clearly diesel. Look at the exhaust. Not to mention the yellow fire when it blows up.

Nick Koan 2008-06-05 10:41 AM

Yeah, aren't alcohol flames invisible?

cody 2008-06-05 10:44 AM

Help me Jesus! Help me Jewish God! Help me Allah! AAAAAHHH! Help me Tom Cruise! Tom Cruise, use your witchcraft on me to get the fire off me!

Depends on the type of alcohol I think, but none of them burn bright yellow... in fact, that tractor might be gasoline no diesel, 'cause the fire really looks yellow, but diesel burning at night might look that bright too.

cody 2008-06-05 11:02 AM

Help me Oprah Winfrey!

Ok, good point. Though alcohol flame is visible at night, not so much in daylight.

I saw that yesterday, if that's real, that's a big-league freak out...There's another angle to that as well.

I can't imagine it's real... if it is, they need to fire their security guy who should have just walked in and wailed on the guy and put him in cuffs within 10 seconds. Not take that pole away from him and proceed to watch him destroy the office for another 10 minutes.
