Scott you know as well as I do that the government stole that car and have it stored in their warehouse next to the ark.

That's about as likely a scenario as the whole "water converted to hydrogen and oxygen on the fly for use as fuel without a net loss of energy" thing. So I guess if it actually works, it's just as likely to be covered up by the gov't. :lol:

BTW: I'm not saying the torch doesn't work... but that's plugged into the wall... instead of acetylene gas for the plasma torch, it's a torch fueled by hydrogen generated by on the fly electrolysis.

Which, from a safety perspective is very nice since it takes highly volatile gases out of the workshop.

BUT, if standard electrolysis theory holds up, it takes more stored electricity to run on water than gas. Its just moving the fossil fuel burning from your car to the power plant.

While the physics of recovering and a knife edge landing are entirely possible, that video looks pretty fake.

In a aerobatic plane of that type, it could probably also have been landed like a helicopter on the tail as it likely has more thrust than weight.

The comments on the forum where I found it seem to indicate that it was cgi, done as a viral marketing thing by the guy's sponsor.

If that looked real to you for even a second then you need to get a new pair of glasses or a new monitor.
