I actually twisted my wrist and hurt it yanking on the steering wheel into that finish. I can't believe I held on to it. The car was SERIOUSLY trying to go through the lights backwards.

Well, limp. Out for a while. Won't have parts off to ship out for a week or two, and won't have them back for a few weeks. So, it'll be a couple months before she breaths again.

So I finally made a 2012 Event ! (just in time for the end of the season) And yep AutoX is still fun. :)

On my rally car I tossed in a bigger front sway i've had in storage (18mm? maybe 19mm) , and re-attached my rear. My car was on some 205/55/R16 Michelin touring tires thought i bought from Rays tires exchange ... not exactly the best choice but 5 for $125 was a good deal.

my biggest problem was fighting brake lock up, LOL, Rally tires on gravel and dirt grip MUCH better than my michelins on the new sluri seal .. (which btw felt pretty damn good!)

It was a lot of fun, saw a (new to me) driver in ESP , made me wish i could have seen Ahren (i think?) vs cody! hehehe

I Might have to try and make a season out of autox in 2013 .. (esp cause I'll be doing way less rally for a year or two with a new baby on the way)

anywho it was good to get out there again and see some familiar faces...

Consistent competition in ESP would be way fun...but not enough for me to drive more than 10 miles from my house. :)

Great last weekend of the season! Thanks to everyone who made it, and made it possible. Can't wait for next year! Here are a few videos from this weekend in the meantime.

Anyone know if the move to 180 treadwear minimum for Street Tire modifier is official for 2013?

Need to know if I can go to 225/45/15 RS3s for the new car, if I need to go with 195/50/15 Star Specs, etc.


Also, what happens when one places first loser, but didn't pick up their trophy?
