Weekly Meet - Thursday 10/30 - Bully's #2 (S. Reno) - 7pm
 

Sorry I couldn't make it tonight. I got stuck at work. I work at a restaurant, you never really know exactly when you're going to be able to get out. This is just a suggesstion, but I was wondering if it is at all possible if you make next weeks meet a little later??? Just a suggesstion, cuz I know I wasn't the only one who couldn't make it. Let me know what you all think.

No prob. We all kinda bailed early. Next meet will be good. We will post the locations and everything once decided.

Yeah, I don't know what happened, usually the meets go till 9:30 easy... I think we just need to find a good replacement for the 4th Turn... Los Tres isn't that good, there's no TV/VCR to take over!

Exactly. I am going to swing by the 4th Turn today at lunch. I will see when they are opening if ever again.

I'm with you on the time thing Rachel. maybe a little later time. like 8:30 or 9 muh ah ha ha!

We do need a better place though.

Los Tres is more like a dinner spot than a Meet LocaTion.

What about Pub N' Subs or the Hacienda???

Do either of those places have a TV and VCR we can take over so we can play rally footage? Plus, I know Hacienda's pretty busy isn't it? Kinda hard to get tables for 10 people if it's crowded.

That was what was so nice about the 4th Turn, they knew us, weren't busy, let us use the big screen, and were cool with all the racing stuff we'd put on TV... man I'm already missing that place!! :(

How about CHEWY AND JUGS on Kings Row? I know they have a TV and a pool table. Not sure though if they're always busy.

4th Turn still looks closed. So where is everyone thinking?

Los Tres doesn't have TV access...Stingers doesn't really either...

Long shot, but Fritz's makes some good food, and they would probably give us access to one TV, pool table, but bad parking. Just a idea.

How crowded is that place? I'd like to avoid a huge crowd, that's part of what sucked about Stingers... 'course that may have partially been due to the baseball game on.

Well now that I think abot it, it is pretty busy Thursday nights. Not the other nights.

So that one is out too. Any other ideas?

BaseBall game or not, I myself wasn't feeling the place...
Maybe because I was used to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the "4th Turn"
It might take sometime to find a place but for now ... I think Cantina would be something to think about (Not because of the food...lol)Because of their Large parking lot...
Again, we can go back to one of our Original spots... "Applebees" or better yet "Chevy's" ...
Just a thought...

Chevy's is loud IMO. Chili's and Applebee's type places are nice for the food and parking, but they can hardly ever seat 10+ people in one section.

Or we can ALL invite ourselves to MATT's house and I will cook an Italian Dish :wink: :lol:

OMG! :cry: You guys, I think I caught SARS or something, I've been out of commission since saturday :lol: I have missed 2 days of work, and I never miss work...goddam this sucks.

Anyway, I hope to be better tommorrow, I honestly hate sitting around my house all day.

I did explore a meet location for us this weekend...As some of you know, my sister works at Bully's 2 (Mount Rose/ Galena), and they have a "back room" witha tv w/ VCR. She said it should be no problem to hold, I'll look into it a little more wed. when I can talk. But that would work right?
