Sac Meet Trip, Jan 31, Saturday
 

As of right now, I'm planning to head down to the Sac club's weekly meet on Saturday night. I really need to get out of town this weekend. The Meet starts at 6PM, at the Natomas shopping center, North off of I80 on Troxell Rd.,


Anyway., I need to be in Auburn by 3PM, to help a friend look at a car, I'd like to get to SAC around 5 PM, so,??? I will be leaving Reno at 1:30PM (probably) If everyone else who wants to go wants to leave a bit later, I'll meet you guys in Auburn. Or you can go with me...Doesn't really matter.


It would be cool if a few of us could make it. I'm not exactly sure what we'll be doing the whole night, normal car talk, food and whatever, and I heard a go kart night might go down.

For thsoe of you up for a moonlit ride back to Reno (if I can do it... ) you can catch up on most of the Sac group in-jokes by watching FOABH with us, and possibly even Evil Dead. Trivial Pursuit Pop Culture edition is another strong possiblity. 8)

Best part of the night:

Two girls in a 2 person kart came flying into the pits and into the wrong line, crashing through the orange cones and into the back of the last car that was just about on its way out of the pits. How could someone crash a go-kart like that?? Because the driver was on her goddamn cell phone!!!

The whole line of people waiting to drive really tore into her, like me yelling "Get off your damn cell phone!!"... the girl turned bright red, and her passenger laughed her ass off!

Some seriously funny shit. Not to mention the attendant that was just standing there shaking his head. :lol:

I would like to check out one of our "very east bay" neighbors meets...

Also....in the pics above....who's car is the White WRX with the Black ADR DV-8's? I have those same exact rims....in black too....COPY CAT! LMAO...j/k they look good...I have never seen anyone else with those rims...its nice to see 'em on another car thats not silver. :wink:

Depending on the weather I may or may not drive my Suby up....but either way, I would like to check out one of your meets...and introduce myself...I have family in Reno, so I am in the area quite a bit. Plus I want one of your hoodies....any XL blue ones left?

hey ted, Welcome to the board. As far as the white WRX with those bad ass wheels, i'm not sure whose that is, its one of the Sacto area guys, and I can't remember which one. I can picture the guy, I just can't remember his name.


Anyway, looks like we may indeed get together this weekend, I'm sure Scott will post up meet details, etc...

Also, I'm all out of Blue/ grey Hoodies, but I do has a black XL left if you'd like. Just let me know and I can bring it to the meet this weekend, or if something doesn't work out, I can meet you in town somewhere.

whats up guys! I am here in Reno! I dunno what you all had planned for a weekend meet. I have all the piggies with me and they are looking for new homes. Anyways, I am not sure when I will be able to check the boards again, but I am gonna PM Sperry w/my cell number so he can call me when everyone decides on a meet location/time. Anyways, I am gonna go put on a exhaust system on my buddies truck now, so I will be looking forward to hearing from the SECCS crue this weekend. :D

Check out the side mirror. Thats a piggie. And there is a matching one on the other side of the car.

:D piggies rule! I have one on the back of my car. (I only have one because I messed up the other one when I was putting it on < shrug >)

Also, FYI, the piggies are directional...a left piggie, and a right piggie....that way they will both be looking the same direction when you put them on the sides of the car.

I also have some outline only piggies (die cut). I think the colors I have left are: Yellow, Red, Blue, Dark Gray, Pink, and I MIGHT have a Reflective black or two left. Otherwise, the ones I have are just like in the pics that everyone posted.....white outline w/black fill.

1 PAIR = 1 Left Sticker & 1 Right Sticker

whats up guys....unfortuneatly, I wont be in Sac that day....I actually live in San Jose, so I dont make it to many of the Sac meets. Besides...the 22nd I am leaving for a trip, so I wont be able to go up anywayz on the 21st.

Are you by any chance going to the Red Bull/Subaru meet on the 13th in Milpitas (Dave&Busters IIRC)? If you are, you could pass off the piggies to either Scott@S-Squared, Sybir or Sonicsuby. They all Sac meet regulars and they are all headed to that meet.

yea, I was thinking about it, its real close to my apartment, and yea, I could give 'em to scott to relay on to you guys......but I still need to know how many sets to send.....and I need to see some dinero too. $4 a pair for b/w piggies (like in the pics.) $3 a pair for the die cut piggies (limited colors left).

but it would be much easier to just get a list of ppl together, everyone can pay one person from SECCS, then that person can paypal me for the total amount, then I will overnight all the piggies up to you guys, then you can distrubute them accordingly. :)
