Our UPS guy is cool...
 

So I was expecting an overnight letter from Phoenix this morning, it was to be delivered by 10 AM. My UPS guy wonders how I always know to come to the door before he rings the bell...well, his Brown truck has a cracked exhaust so it gurgles and backfires all the time, and when he drives down the street behind my house it lets a huge backfire out right before he downshifts.

I always know who it is. he says he likes how tough his truck sounds, so he hasn;t asked to get it fixed.

I was driving on the freeway next a UPS truck yesterday. We were doing about 80 parallel to eachother and then he hella starts slicin' traffic. Hella clean too. Signalled every lane change, always looked over his shoulder. It was sick. I like UPS.

I got to hang out with our UPS driver while my co-worker duked it out with a a bum that was riding a bike and throwing beer bottles. It was awesome. :D

So, my UPS guy should be back later today with my super secret prototype hood dampers. I chose NOT to get teh green ones like everyone else. E.A.D.

I don't actually want green ones! In fact, I'll trade w/ anyone that's got non-green ones.

Or hell, I'll sell mine to someone that will pay about the same as the cost of some other brand.

Hahaha...I bought some Billy Mays pliars from Home Depot, and was cursing his name the first time I tried to use them...Scott laughed at me.

Why the hell would you buy Billy Mays pliers? Were you drunk?

They were rubber strap pliars, guaranteed not to scratch metal surfaces. They definatley didn't scratch anything, because they couldn't get tight enough. I thought they'd work but they sucked.

They were some el-cheap-o strap wrenches... he thought they'd hold his dampers while he tightened the top nut. :lol:

Those look exactly like the Tein's, just not green.

Exactly...I could not have green under the hood of my car, I have too many other colors going on already. The green looks great on Erics car, because he has Tein everyting.

Everything under my hood is red or black these days, except for my blue perrin fuel rails, and those green hood dampers.

Does that count? Come to think of it, I havent paid for shipping since. They laugh at me when I saran wrap a set of used tires that I sell on ebay but it keeps them together.
