The Motegi Super Street Challenge that was going on this weekend was just a drag race, with about 60%-70% American muscle cars :lol: I was hoping it'd be a tuner shootout or perhaps a lot of riced out cars, but oh well. Got a few cool pics from that too.

Indy is coming back for the first time in a few years, so there is a lot of Indy stuff here at the moment. Also, there is a huge sale on 05 BAR Honda stuff, but very little 06 Honda F1 Racing stuff.

Asimo is pretty cool. I took some videos of him running around, and hopefully I can get those up soon too.

Aarons having a siezure out here with all the dope wagons and stuff. His picture thread should be awesome street cars.

Oh, and if anyone wants some '05 BAR Honda stuff, let me know. Its crazy cheap right now.

Arrived last wednesday, went to Utsunomiya and Nasoshiobarashi to visit a friend. Then two days in Motegi, and today we are heading to Tokyo. Unfortunately, we leave on this Wednesday. Its way to short of a trip, but its been lots of fun.

You have a tour guide while in Tokyo? What are you looking to do there? May I suggest Shibuya and Roppongi Hills.

I'm wishing for a hookup who can get me the RS Watanabe Cyclone wheels....

Nick & Aaron, enjoy the rest of your trip. Hate to say it, but I'm jealous - would love to get back to Nippon sometime.

We've pretty much only got one day in Tokyo, and so far the destinations are Odaibi and Super Autobacs.

You've probably already left... or are there right now, but Odaiba is cool, but go at night! There are stores and the Fuji TV station during the day, but none of those are comparable to the views at night - make sure to take the JR line that goes on Rainbow Bridge. Super Autobacs? Thats a store right? Its just like a Kragen accept for it sells Defi gauges instead of Autometer :p. If you read this before you head out, start your day off on the Yamanote Line. Its the green line. It doesn't matter in what direction you get on, its just a just a huge circle around Tokyo. You can stop at Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ebisu(if you're going to Roppongi) and many other places. Trust me, you'll want to see these places before you leave.

Its OK I guess... I bought some light tint thing from there and it didn't work. It just sells some cool stuff from HKS and stuff... like a mini...mini summit. Nothing you cant get here.

Yeah. Its got a lot of cool stuff, but not really that cheap or really rare, but still kinda neat.

Good call, Tyson. That thing was hot, and running -2 camber all the way around, on PFF7's. Saw an Odyssey with 'em too, shit was hot. :D

-2? I'm at -4 deg of camber just to make the tires fit! :lol:

I considered just getting an alignment since my tires only just barely rub, but I don't have adjustable camber bolts in the back. :(

Um, that's gonna cost as much as renting the rolling tool, and gives you adjustability that's very useful to have. Plus installing the bolts is less work than rolling the fenders.

As much as I'd like to help Aaron out with the cost of that tool, camber bolts are the right answer.

Or get 225/45/17's.

Sperry, I'm not sure I want more than -1 in the back. I have two sources telling me that I'm running -1 in the rear: the original alignment sheet and my buddy who has nice alignment tools. The front was reported as -1.4 by the alignment shop and -1.1 by my friend.

The passenger side rear tire only rubs when I take very hard left hand turns.

I guess I could get some extra negative camber all around and true up everything. It has been 2 years since the "after-spring-install" alignmet.

The stupid alignment shop ignored my instructions and installed the camber bolts in the front corners instead of the rear. :mad:

Have you seen this "robotic muel" vid? Kinda creepy if you ask me.

Cooool. Gotta love a robot that can balance and stabilize itself. Of course, it's easier (in a way) when it's not bipedal like an ASIMO or something else humanoid. =P
