Nice to meet you also! It was my pleasure to give them to someone in this local club rather than other resources , not a problem. Thank you!

I would have been glad to give it to BOO last night, that sucks! I got a guy 450_R Pilot thats been hitting me up on pms for a few days and is supposed to call me and come through to get it tonight, but if he doesn't come through or call and you can come tonight after 5pm or tomorrow after 3pm, it's yours sir! I'll send you a pm with my cell # and we'll go from there

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-03 05:54 PM

You have VOICE mail. ;)

Kavid 2009-02-03 07:19 PM

Cat Back Exhaust is gone! Now all I have that I think few will want are stock plastic intake pieces for an 05 WRX, an AEM license plate frame, and a silver 04 SRT-4 Wing to give away at my Free garage sale. After this Sunday, I will be throwing the remaining stuff away. Thanks!

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-03 07:45 PM

whoa whoa whoa. SRT-4 wing? I have to ask you where you got that?

Long story, old car! But there is a silver 04 SRT-4 with silver 5 star Enkei's that has a few parts including a blow off valve that will scare anyone unless they are on high sedative drugs, and just may make you feel bad pulling up to at a light:D . At least in a straight line, but had KW coilovers and still didn't handle as well as you'd like it to and it has a clean shaven non carbon fiber stock trunk lid. May still even be at a dealership:lol: . Last I heard it sat on Reno Toyota's lot for a long time until mice or something chewed through some vaccuum hoses and other misc. hoses. Haven't heard about it since. Nice Car though, but no Subaru

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-03 08:58 PM

bull----shit. That thing was probably wrapped around a tree by now.

The mouse probably tripped the flux capacitor and sent it back in time by now.

You're probably right! Probably got bought and given to a kid that has no idea how to drive. Even if you do know how to drive that car was still a little squirrely being front wheel drive with so much power. Oh well. How are you doing Mr. Perry?!

GusGus91 2009-02-14 12:31 AM

Just out of curiosity... Where did you trade your car in, and how long ago?...

I traded it in at Lithia Subaru of Reno, and it was in mid December of 2008 I think. The last I saw when I drove by they had it with a sticker price of $16,995 on the windshield in the front row of their used cars on Kietzke.

Dude, I almost bought your car. I went to go do a final test drive, and work a price with them, and they had sold it an hour before i got there. Then I got a call the day after I bought my wrx saying that it had been returned and back at the lot because, the people couldnt pay for it and the transaction never went through. So, I'm trying to get my friend to buy it.

I really liked that car, i wish i could have got it. Oh, and what the hell was on the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel?

That's funny! It is a solid car though, wish you would have got it too! It's way clean. The blemish on the dashboard is one of the few blemishes and was bought with the car, so I couldn't tell you what it was but I was just as curious. If your friend is serious about the car, tell him to talk to Mike Lien over there (He's a good friend of mine that will be the most helpful/down to earth guy there and not give him the runaround). Tell him to say to Mike that David Brown sent him and it could be all downhill from there. The mods are very subtle (Megan Racing Cat-back, AEM 65mm Intake, Megan Racing Springs) and after owning it for a couple of weeks or so and getting the fast/erratic driving out of the way, drove it like a grandma for the most part for 10 miles a day or less. What WRX did you end up with? Don't hesitate to ask if you need to know anything! And have some pictures of the car with my wheels on it that I still have if he wants bro!

GusGus91 2009-02-16 04:26 PM

awesome! thanks man, i appreciate the info and help. I actually have a couple friends that might be interested in it, now. So I'm sure that one of them will get it. Yea, when I drove the car, I was like in love with it. Then it sold. I was so disappointed when I found out it was gone. I ended up with an '06 WRX, that I found at Bill Pierce Honda. It's a great car. I love it. Ill get some pictures up once I clean the car, in the next couple days or once we get a day thats not raining or snowing.

Glad you still ended up with a good car. Can't wait to see pictures, and if you or your friends need any other info on that 05 WRX PM me on here and I'll either give you my cell # or get back to you on here. Have fun with the new car!

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-20 08:09 AM

Looking good. I just noticed the custom paint job on the front lip and are you missing side skirts?

GusGus91 2009-02-21 03:05 AM

No I'm not missing them. Or I don't think I am.

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-21 08:09 AM

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y62...ficespace9.jpg
I wouldn't say I've been *missing* it, Bob.

Maybe 06 wrx's don't all come with them from the factory?

sybir 2009-02-21 03:28 PM

It's a TR. TR's don't have sideskirts, painted mirrors, have cheaper seats, and a few other little differences.

GusGus91 2009-02-21 03:39 PM

no mines not a TR I looked at one and hated it for some reason. I have the wrx seats and the other little differances that the TR doesn't have. I just don't have the side skirts. But I'm looking at other 06's that aren't TR's and they don't have side skirts. So idk. It's a mystery. Haha. But I know for sure it's not a TR

GusGus91 2009-02-21 06:11 PM

I take that last statement back. It's a TR, and i'm an idiot. haha.

Now you hate your car:(

GusGus91 2009-02-21 09:28 PM

Nope i still love it. But i still dont know why my car has wrx seats instead of the impreza seats, like the other TR.

sybir 2009-02-22 01:14 AM

Someone probably did a seat swap; it looks like someone went through and actually did what the TR was intended for; they took out the basic stereo and put in nav, put in what seats they wanted, swapped out wheels, etc. Nothing bad about a TR at all.

And i'm very grateful for the kind man that did that stuff to it, so that i dont have to. He is a gentleman and a scholar.

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-22 11:01 AM

So are you going to buy some mods or is your wallet on E?

GusGus91 2009-02-22 03:48 PM

I'm going to buy some in a little while. I have a broken arm right now, so I'm not working. So it will have to wait a bit. Maybe even until the end of the year after I'm married...

EDIT: nevermind, I get my settlement money in September. Woohoo! What mods should I do?

I'm not sure what your settlement money is for, but usually it's best to put windfall income into an investment. Your car is *not* an investment... trust me.

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-22 04:56 PM

Your getting married this year? If so, your going to need that settlement money.

GusGus91 2009-02-22 05:45 PM

I know you shouldn't spend it. But I already have a plan. I'm taking out $5,000 for the car, $15000 for starting my marriage. The other $250,000 is going into a 5 year locked account to let the money build from the interest.

And I was pushing a car out of the snow 3 years ago and got hit by a 16 year old that was driving WAY to fast for the conditions. I got hit by the car from behind, and pinned between the cars. It broke my tibial plateau under my left knee, and my right tibia. It took me almost 2 years to heal. And the doctors are still wondering if my right leg is fully healed or not. Anyway, that's the short story. I don't feel like typing the whole thing on my phone.

TrueNative 2009-02-22 06:11 PM

OOh Damn that sounds painful.
Smart idea....save most of it, have fun with a little bit of it.
Use some to pay off the car also!!!

With that much, you should seriously just buy a hose and keep enough in reserve to pay the property taxes. In 2-4 years, odds are you can rent it out for a profit if you decide you and your wife need or want a different house. Housing is an awfully good investment right now if you can essentially pay cash.

Kevin M 2009-02-22 06:18 PM

Also...!

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-22 06:48 PM

Like Kevin said, you need to get that into a house while the market is in the dumps.

Car's already payed off. Payed straight up cash for it. :)

Yea, it was painful. It still is sometimes.

As far as a house goes. We were thinking about it. But we also were thinking about some other things. Like just living in my apartment that i live in now. It's SUPER cheap rent, and its a nice place. It's also just the right size for us. We don't really want anything bigger. But we will see once the time comes. Maybe we will change our mind.

Um, house that's paid for >>>>> awesome cheap apartment. Seriously. Think long term.

100_Percent_Juice 2009-02-22 11:36 PM

Plus if you ever decide to have kids you can sell your house and make money. Or I guess you could just move out of your apartment and get your $600 deposit back.
