Halloween Parties?

OK, I have a cousin and one of her friends coming to Reno for Halloween. They have invited me to come along and hang out.

So, my question is where are the good places to go for Friday night on Halloween? Any places with live music?

We are looking for a good time, if anyone knows of any places to go I would appreciate the point in the right direction.

Thanks

Most clubs have parties. Not sure about live music though. Great Basin does live music most weekends.

They are chicks so they will wanna dance. Go to 210 North for multiple dance floors and multiple DJ's.

If you are more into hanging out at a bar the Imperial Lounge is good.

Divine Ultra Lounge had a fun Halloween Party last year.

KRZQ's party at the Hacienda was fun too last year.

The truly scary thing to do might be karaoke at the El Cortez - it's scary even when it's not halloween.

Thanks KS,

I was also thinking about Imperial Lounge, Silver Peak Brewery, amongst the others in that general location. We have a hotel room at the El Dorado, so that might play in as well.

That's just wrong Jonny. I'm telling your mom.

It's simply an observation.

Here's some useful information for you. Everyone is invited!
Zombie Crawl! http://renozombiecrawl.com/

It starts at 8 at Amendment 21, which is in the Bank of American building on the corner of Virginia and Liberty Street. (Virginia street side) It's a pub crawl. Participating bars are doing $2 drinks to Zombies.

A good friend of mine's brother-in-law put together the event. My friend will be dressed in a horrible, big, white wedding gown and her boyfriend is in a light blue tux. They are an 80's zombie bride and groom. Let them know Deede send you! Their names are Angela and Eric.
If you have time to practice your thriller dance moves you can join in, because they'll be breaking out the moves at some point.

I'm super tempted to join the fun, but I think I'll be at home handing out candy in Sac.

I want pics if you go. Have a great Halloween everyone!
