Bolt pattern. The 05 has the 5x144.3 bolt pattern, where as nearly every other subaru from the past 15 years has 5x100.

I would snatch these up if they were 04 wheels. Good luck selling them Phil.

'05 STi bolt pattern is 5x114.3. Same as every SVX.

Stock wheel sizes (feel free to correct me if I remember any of these incorrectly):

SVX ('92-'97): 16x7.5" +55 5x114.3
2.5RS ('98-'99): 16x7" 5x100 17lbs
2.5RS ('00-'01): 16x7" 5x100 16.5lbs
2.5RS ('02+): 16x6.5" +55 5x100 16.5lbs
WRX ('02+): 16x6.5" +55 5x100 16.5lbs
STi ('04): 17x7.5" +53 5x100
STi ('05): 17x8" +53 5x114.3

05 STi wheels are 17x8. Other than that, you're dead on.

I've already got rims on the SVX... plus the gold BBS on a red SVX just doesn't do it for me.... any other color SVX and it's "hell yes", but for some reason, not the red one.

Didn't someone post a pic of a red svx with gold bbs' on it already???
