My official crash count for this evenings drive to and from Bully's is...17. NOT including the 2 times I saved myself being rear ended. Sheesh.

Yeah well I was up at mt rose all day today and then I tried to race over to get in on the meet tonight to talk about some autoX. I was in about 3 ice ballets trying to get over there and then all shit hit the fan when I got close to my keystone exit on 80. I sat there looking at my exit for about 20min. Finally when i got up to bullys... its was empty. And I almost got t-boned comeing out of the parking lot. Has anyone here ever had damage on their car and been praying for someone to back into you or scrape your door or give you a light rearend, just so they get to pay to fix it? Well thats me all the damn time. And have any of you had a friend who always get into accidents when he/she wants them and their shit is always getting cleaned up on someone elses tab.

I figured when my girlfriend couldn't even get up our not all that steep driveway due to the snow/ice, it was probably was a bad idea to try to make it out to the meet.

Yea I was going to head over there, but a firetruck and four police cars were blocking my street...

Well, woe was you, if you tried to drive on Mae Anne last night, anytime after 6. I was stuck at the exit of Walmart (to get on Mae Anne) for an extra 10 minutes, because so many cars couldn't drive up (westbound) that little grade, they were sliding all over the place. I was behind a riced out civic with a big exhaust, I could hear him gun it when he tried to merge onto Mae Anne - big mistake, he ended up sliding across the lane, and then coming back to the right, to the curb. I knew his car was going to be stuck there then, because he missed his opportunity to get a proper running start.

Then driving to work on I80 eastbound this morning, I saw numbers of tire tracks into the median, through the snow & mud, between McCarren & Keystone. Lots of the tracks started into the median from the westbound lane. Also, an NHP & tow truck were towing away one of 2 cars that were in an accident this morning. I would have thought drivers wouldv'e known better to take it easy.

On my way to work this morning, there was a grand am w/o a left-rear wheel on the car. Looks like they hit the curb, knocked off the wheel, then drove another 100 ft or so dragging the on the rear control arm/brake before parking it. :lol:

You guys think you have it bad? I went outside today in jeans and it was so hot, I totally should have worn shorts. :(
