I have a really big urge to do some snow drifting and snow donuts. If anyone is down to get some video footage then I might come to the meet. Not that I need an excuse to get the rex out in the snow.

I know I bought mine because it's invincible to other cars crashing into it, and automatically makes all other people on the road near me mistake free drivers!

Scott had a hard day at work. What he meant to say was, "I love driving my subaru in the snow and I am willing to take the chance so I can have fun and live a little."

Um... no. I'm pretty sure my idea of fun isn't driving around in the snow in a $10,000 car that the insurance believes is a $2000 car. One stupid soccer mom in the ice and I'm SVX-less. :(

I'll have fun in my WRX at the race track... you know, just as soon as it's summer... and I find a new race track.

Way off topic but I was talking to the salesman for our machine shop (he races/raced a motorcycle at RFR for the last few years, Track junkie) and he said that his club has confirmed the track will be open next year. It is going to to be renamed Reno Fernley Speedway, new management, and they're working on plans for building a proper paddock and repaving in the near future.
This guy's info has been dead-on in the past so I'm hoping he's right this time too.

Find out who he is talking to would you? As of about 2 weeks ago, that was highly unlikely...

ScottyS 2010-01-21 08:58 PM

Dean: Ubiquiti

When He is in again I'll ask, it was some motorcycle association.

I like driving Amanda's 3 with the OEM AS tires. It's teaching me to be smooth!!!

GusGus91 2010-01-28 11:55 AM

Anybody gonna be there tonight? I'm bringing my buddy from fernley. He's just getting into the whole forum/group thing. He's got an 04 sti w/ 35r and supporting mods.. I'd like for him to meet some more subie people.

Dean 2010-01-28 12:00 PM

I'll be there.

knucklesplitter 2010-01-28 12:06 PM

Will be there I think.

cody 2010-01-28 12:08 PM

cody 2010-01-28 12:54 PM

Hey, if anyone happens to be adding 10 or more gallons of Shell gas to their cars before the meet, please take your receipt to the cashier and ask them for a Northstar/Sierra at Tahoe 2 for 1 voucher for me, please! :)

Joeyy 2010-01-28 12:57 PM

Think I'll stop in.

MattR 2010-01-28 03:26 PM

Should be a huge turnout tonight...Sweet.

Nick Koan 2010-01-28 03:29 PM

damn it, its quite unlikely that I'll make it tonight.

A1337STI 2010-01-28 03:41 PM

Cody is there a shell on the corner of Damonte and virginia ? i could stop there for you on my way in .. not sure if i need 10 gallons yet , ... i could do some doughnuts for a while ... have any oil?

6 O'cluck right?

cody 2010-01-28 04:05 PM

Yup, 6pm. We could go after the meet to get gas. I may have room for a couple gallons. :)

I don't have any oil, but Shell does. :P

Kevin M 2010-01-28 04:07 PM

Stupid education stopping me from hanging out with my friends. :(

A1337STI 2010-01-28 04:33 PM

Why get educated? you could end up a highly paid web master who can't find schedules, just like me. but you have to drop out before its too late!

tysonK 2010-02-04 03:06 PM

Who is going?

I don't want to be the only one.
