Jim Payne passed away
 

Some of you should remember Jim. He raced his silver STi at autocross and time trials with us back from 2003 to 2007 or so before he started just running down at Laguna Seca and Sears Point more often than coming out to Reno-Ferneley Raceway.

Super nice guy. He'll be missed. :(

Yes, I saw that, sorry to hear. He was a super nice guy and I always enjoyed running with him. I think we have a few pictures of him and his car in the gallery, haven't had a chance to look though.

The two pictures I posted at RenoSCCA.org were the only ones I found after a quick look in the gallery. Though I did find some pictures of you and me that Jim took and sent to me from a 2005 Lovelock event when I searched my email:
