Signals, as in the ones on the front bumper.

Did you have orange bulbs in them? If you did and they still gave you a ticket you can probably fight it. But if you had rice bulbs then you're probably nailed.

I got one looong time ago for "Waste of Energy" I speed up going on ramp and see the cop is on the freeway behind me so I let off the gas and not even do 65 yet. But he nail me for Waste of Energy.
