Thats good.

I meant do you guys think it looks good or not.

sperry 2004-03-15 01:52 PM

The rims are a bit too blingy.. the C/F looks kinda funny somehow, and they should have gotten tires atually wide enough to fit those wheels.

But I bet that thing's fast as hell.

If he painted the CF, I'd be okay with it. The hood vents are a bit much, but its really the color that gets me.

zrallyman 2004-03-15 03:55 PM

well, he has an expensive hot air intake, and an ugly c/f hood.

Kostamojen 2004-03-15 04:07 PM

Im more interested in what color that other WRX is in the garage...?

Don't you know that the hotter the intake, the more efficient your boost fluid becomes?

Well to a point, at about 200 C, boost fluid begins to harmonate with the turbo's fusler spindel, resulting in fluid spin-out where the boostonium particulates vaporize leaving your boost fluid flat and inactive. I run synthetic boost fluid, so I can hang to about 220 C before spin-out, which is why I run a modified insta-hot on my coolant hose and a reverse air-to-water intercooler to keep my intake temps up.

Man, I hate it when my boost fluid gets flat and inactive.

Looks pretty awesome. It's definetely fast ass hell.

tysonK 2004-03-15 06:29 PM

keep it all white.

BADBORA 2004-03-15 06:31 PM

I don't know, the carbon fiber does look good on white though. :D

BOO 2004-03-15 08:46 PM

But Ofcourse Carbon Fiber Looks good on white ;) ;) ;)

On the other hand .. he Killed it with that Hood.. If the hood would have been all carbon fiber No Vents, Then I can see why it would look good .. also If his intentions were to put a CF hood, then he should have gone with a Powder coated/Black set of wheels...

JoshmkII 2004-03-15 11:51 PM

ya, the hood is just to much, I love CF but the added vents and using an STi look scoop when you no longer have the intercooler.....

kamenrider 2004-03-17 10:19 PM

well... its umm.. am I too new to this forum to say its something I'll never do?=P

BADBORA 2004-03-17 10:37 PM

Of course not. :D

LetItRev 2004-03-18 01:45 PM

Is it forbidden to paint a cf hood and trunk? Does this guy think it looks cool or something?

ArthurS 2004-03-18 02:46 PM

Its not forbidden, but by painting the hood or trunk, you are now adding more weight...which sort of defeats the purpose...

Of course I don't know how much weight paint adds.

BADBORA 2004-03-18 03:19 PM

1,000lbs. :!:

STIwish 2004-03-18 04:18 PM

I personally think it DOES look cool with unpainted CF... im a CF fan on just about any color :)
