The vid quality isn't as good as Hayashi's NSX videos, but it's still good stuff. The sound of high strung V-8's winding up through the gears puts a great big grin on my face every time. 8)

Well, AI usually runs on NASA weekends with HPDE groups running on the same day, so I'm sure there would be some STi's out there for comparison. :wink:

Do you plan on running in this event someday? Or have you already?

USTCC often runs on those days too... I think Gary Sheehan's WRX counts as a "real race car", right? :lol:

I have plans to eventually turn my Mustang into a dedicated AI racecar, that I can also take to autocrosses and run in CP. That takes quite a bit of money, however, so that will probably have to wait a few years. I will be crewing for MM's shop car that we'll be racing in AI this year though. Yup, I'm out of here on 4/2, a couple of weeks from now. Then we move that weekend of the 3rd/4th, and I start at MM that following week.
