We Got New Computers!!!

So I got back from a Seminar this morning and in my office was a brand new computer! Finally Allstate decided to replace my old crappy one with a IBM.

It is a P4 2.66 Gig with 512 megs in RAM, a DVD and CDRW Drive, and all the other basics...best part is the monitor and computer are balck so it fits in better with my office. 8)

Yea....Now I can bring DVD's to work!! w00t!

Not to me. Having a nice office is real important to me...especially that it all matches well.

Yeah, most people that come into his office are surely more comfortable if their insurance agent has a nice sleek new PC rather than an old busted, yellowed, blurry 15" monitor attached to a shit box computer.

I guess thats true, Ive just never been in an office where people actually drop by and stuff... other than supes and that sort of thing.. and i always have my iBook handy for presentations and stuff.

I don't know.. I think I prefer an insurance agent with slightly older equipment and less GQ appearance. Hopefully it means I'm paying less.
And the money I save goes to feed my need for hits on the go fast crack pipe...

I'd rather be dealing with an elegant Art, than a ratty-tatty Columbo look.
In some jobs, your image shows you care about yourself, as well as your customers.

Like Car Salesmen... There is an upstanding and immaculately dressed group that will take every last cent they can out of you...

Beware of people in suits, (or overalls) that want your money...

I prefer the clean, well kept but not to formal look.

Good Colombo image though... I will now always see art that way ...

BUT...you don't have to buy a car from a salesman. Everybody needs insurance, its part of driving. So why not get it from a friendly, clean, and honest person. There are the popular rumors about how insurance agents are vultures (minus life insurance agents...they kinda are), I try to make people understand insurance so if and when there is a loss, they are not angry due to the fact their agent missed a coverage or a explaination.

BTW, Dean, I already won dammit, I got both the movies he was in in a single thread!!!!
