Planes can't do anything to you. All they can do is sic a patrol unit on you, and then he still has to pace or radar you. If you ever get a ticket where the little box is marked "violations not committed in my presence, declared on information and belief" you're gonna get off 99% of the time. Why? because it would require the testimony of both the patrolman AND the airplane crew against you, and they never both show up. Basically, it becomes hearsay and when the officer has no corroboration, it gets tossed out. Because of that, never fight an aircraft ticket by mail, always go to court.
