need some help

Hey guys my friend is in a bit of a fix with the law. we needs to know some info about the wrx.

-stopping distances(not just 60-0), but like 30-0 or 15-0...dont know if these specs even exist.

-0-30 distances.....like how many feet would it take to get to 30mph.

dont know if there are actuall numbers on this but if someone has a formula that they use that would be cool too.
Thanks!
Ryan

There are a ton of variables. wheels, tires, brake pads, rotor condition, road conditions, car weight, brakes in ABS, etc...

It is going to be hard to get anything useful other than doing it with the car itself IMHO.

You can do a simplified analysis by taking a published number for the car like a 0-60 time (5-6 seconds, or whatever), assuming constant acceleration, and calculating out the distance based on simple kinematics equations. It's not exact, but probably close. I attempted to fight the law a few months ago as I detailed in this thread where I laid out the equations you're probably looking for, but the law won anyway.
