I am teh hongry!

I guess my metabolism is finally starting to pickup after running/biking/playing tennis for the last two weeks. I had sushi last night and way over ate, and yet I've been hungry since about 10am!

Now, if only the flab I've accumulated over the last 3 years of my desk job would start going away! :x

So, what's for lunch?

Carls Jr carbfest. If you are hungry again by roughly sunday, you know your metabolism is about to emaciate you.

 French Fries are EVIL... worst food ever... no nutritional value, all grease and carbs... and Carl's criss-cuts are the worst of the bunch!

I can't believe back in High School my normal McDonalds order was:

#2 (2 cheeseburger meal), no pickels, Super-Sized with a coke,
2 more cheeseburgers, no pickels,
6 piece chicken nuggert w/ BBQ sauce

And it only cost like $5, and never made me fat... I was like 6'2", 165lbs... perpetually.

Today, that order would kill me! I'd need a cardiologist at my side just to attempt it!

Edit: i just noticed I typo'd "nugget" as "nuggert".... but I like the way it looks so I'm leaving it that way.... "chicken mcNuggerts"....

Amen.... I think my biggest problem isn't the food I eat (I'm not quite as bad as hish school, but I still eat a lot of crap)... my big problem is just the lack of exercise. I stopped going to the gym like a year ago, and it's turning me into a big fatass. Just running or bicking a few times a week, and playing tennis after work on the rest of the days is already helping a bit.

Maybe I should also stop working timing and scoring and chase some cones on the weekends...
