Too bad she wasn't killed in the accident, it would have saved all this trouble.

So, what's the rail supposed to do? Post "Caution! Train tracks are used by trains" all over their private property?

I've got the defenses case right here:

"Mrs. Frankhouser is guilty of trespassing on Norfolk Southern Corp. property. We were orginally not going to prosecute her, but due to this frivilous lawsuit, we will be suing her for trespassing, damage to the train (unesessary wear and tear on the brakes), cost of lost income due to belated delivery of cargo, cost of attourney fees for both this and the upcoming case, and for punative damages for dragging us through two unesessary trials, for an estimated total of $1,378,000. Or we will offer to settle out of court for the price of injuries already suffered if she will publicly admit she's a complete fucking idiot for getting hit by a train and trying to sue instead of thanking God she's not dead and going on with her life."
