My car broke down last night...

yea so i was driving down to somerset (spelling?) and my CEL comes on... i figured it was my emissions thing with the headers, so i thought nothing of it. Then my brake light and battery light came on and the CEL started blinking and CLUNK! something drops out of my engine and i have no power-steering. My idler pully backed itself out and threw the belts off! So i have to take it into Subaru tomorrow... how long would you guys think i will be without the car?

That doesn't sound good. I bet at least a week, with a hefty bill.

'Pends on what-all broke.

Seriously, if it's just a tension pulley, bracket, and belts, it should be a fast ~1hr job --- heck, you could do it yourself. If it damaged other things when it came off, who knows (without looking at it).

Sound right, all you experts?
