Yeah, the elevation of that section of road, is like 10. Its right on the coast, and there isn't much protection from big waves. Last El Nino, I saw waves easily breaking onto the freeway.
I can't imagine what this freak rainstorm is doing along with the ocean. |
That looks exactly like the road to Christcurch in New Zealand...weird,

Matt, when I looked through all your NZ pics, all I could think was "damn that looks exactly like San Luis Obispo"! I think New Zealand and the Central Coast of CA are probably very similar in climates. Maybe I should just move back there. :?:
