First it involves a lengthy back to stock process for you!

Nick Koan 2005-01-23 10:30 PM

erg, that gold is too yellow.

Evo Mike 2005-01-23 10:34 PM

i'm talkin bout the first 3 pictures! haha... i wonder how the hell he made the car shine like that! maybe 10 coats of clearcoat.. haha.. The bodykit on the STi and the FMIC look pretty sick..

and speaking of too yellow... das why i got SSR's that are a darker shade of gold.. I think me and tyson had the right idea for the black on gold scheme 8)

Nick Koan 2005-01-23 10:38 PM

For certain. Your two cars look ten times better then that one.

tysonK 2005-01-23 10:41 PM

Cameras that good can make a car look really shiny.

Perfect lighting can hide tons of flaws in the paint.

Even imperfect lighting and a mediocre camera does wonders. You all know how hammered the finish on my car is, but it looks almost perfect in pictures, even when it's dirty as well as being clouded and scratched to hell :)

tysonK 2005-01-23 10:58 PM

yeah check the battleWagon all, clean and proper!

sybir 2005-01-23 10:59 PM

Tyson, your car looks way better than that '04. If you're going to put a kit on a car, it's gotta be on the ground, and the rear end of that car is up way too high.

Evo Mike 2005-01-23 11:00 PM

speaking of clean..

Well, first you take a white STi. You spend nearly 5k getting a full respray, trunk, jambs, everytihng except.............the engine bay..........yeah. Then you put on a Chargespeed V1 kit. Paint that (another 1k)

Go to the biggest Subaru meeti on the west coast Mt Hamilton down in the bay. Despite hundreds of Subarus navigating up and down the mountain safely, become the only 16 year old jackass to ram your brand new STi into t a rock guardrail/wall, destroying the front right side.

Decide you want Chargespeed v.2, get new kit, repaint entire car (another $5k).

Take pictures with your Digital Rebel 10D, and make sure to make fun of all the kids who had to pay for their cars and mods (I forgot to mention he had an M3 before this car..............

:D

Trey's kind of a jackass in my book :)
Get hooked up on a car like that from parents, cool.
Lord it over everybody and brag about mow much it cost and how much you don't care, not cool.

Meh.
I like the color though ;)

JC 2005-01-23 11:19 PM
