adjusting adjustable sway bar

I just bought a perrin adjustable sway bar from mike, and I was wondering which way you had to move the bar to adjust the diameter of the bar, I set it in the middle when I installed it, but just wanted to know which hole is which! :?:

Thanks, Chris

P.s. nice job on the new smileys scott!

Shortening the effective lever arm length of an adjustable swaybar will make the bar's rate stiffer; lengthening the effective lever arm will make the rate softer.
