Search the Northern Nevada MLS for free...
 

I've been looking at properties for a while and I found a site that lets you browse the NV MLS for free. You need to enter your email address, but I just used one I keep for junk mail. There are plenty of condos for 125k or less. Just thought someone might be interested.
