Cookie Timeout Changed!
 
I increased the cookie timeout from 15 minutes to an hour.

What this means:

- If you start reading the forums, you'll have an hour after you stop before unread posts are marked as read.

- The "Who's Online" list will show all people that have been active on the board in the last hour instead of the last 15 minutes, so the site may look busier than before.

Cookies timing out after only 15 minutes. For people who keep a SECCS window open all day it messed up "new posts" and stuff like that, well sort of.
