Order item, didnt ship when told it would. Tracking number provided the day it was supposed to arrive. Was told the part was lost. Turns out the part was still sitting on the dock. (so he said) He said part would ship the following week. It did not ship till weds. He was blaming his drop shipper (tanabe). I said if part isnt there by end of week I was canceling order. Part arrived the next day, again he lied about shipping. It arrived next day air, NOT shipped from tanabe. It was shipped from his warehouse.

Nothing was the truth except the price.

OPINION: They will never get my buisness again.
