Order part, shipped same day, tracking number same day as well. At this point was very happy. Part arrived incorrect. Told them. Correct part was shipped same day. new tracking number same day. Disappointed in no compensation for shipping incorrect part. No discount, No next day air to correct the fark up. Call tag issued they picked up the wrong part same day they dropped off the correct one. Packing was sub par.

OPINION: Yes ill buy from them again. But not first choice.

Also on a side note. When i called to inform them of wrong part. Took 6 attempts and 2 messages before I got a call back. Also 3 emails for other parts from same vendor, STILL have not been answered, from 2 months ago.

They are an ok vendor in my book. I've met some of the people that run the company and they are friendly. They've given me misinformation about parts I've ordered from them. I don't think it was intentional, but I was less than impressed. I don't have a problem ordering from them, but there are better vendors out there.
