Got an extra strut layin around?

So I installed AGX's on my car recently. I like em and all, but my right rear strut is blown already. I dunno why, factory defect or something. KYB has a lifetime warranty for these, which my car meets their standards, but in order for them to send me a new strut, they need to inspect the bad one.

So does anybody have an extra strut that they don't need? I'll buy it or whatever, I just need something to use while my bad strut is away. I don't have another vehicle to drive.

Oh yeah I don't have the stockers because they were blown and I just threw them away, I know I know, <----moron.

Help a brotha out?

Is the right rear strut clunking?

Aparently they all do that now (mine does a little, but its been getting better over time). Try different settings to see if it stiffens up properly.

Well the thing is, the ride is fine (w/ the setting on 8), but when I took off my wheels to check on em a couple weeks after the install, that one strut had no resistance. I could compress it myself and then would have to pull it to it's normal length. But I can't notice it when I'm driving... it's weird.

Sorry dude, I just gave my stock struts to S-Squared to prop up the coupe. Maybe Matt R will loan you one of his stock struts that's sitting naked in the garge...

That usually does mean its blown.... Did you try to adjust the setting then compress it?

Well I had it soft at first to see how it would ride, but even on 2 or 3, the piston at least has resistance. If it's not all blown it's close, its not doing the "popping" noise yet though.
