Are you ready for a funny story! check this out, when we took this picture we (Tim and I) where up a Blue Lakes camping with some friends. I think there was 14, or 15 of us up there, anyways on Saturday we made breakfast, and then where just hanging out, as a group. Then a couple of people went and sat by a tree, and like sheep more fallowed, until only four of us remained Tim, myself and two of or friends. Everyone who moved over to the tree made a big circle and totally excluded the four of us. At first we where like, to hell with you guys, then I came up with a plan to scare the be-jesus out of all of them.
We told everyone that we where going home that night, we rushed into Carson went to Tim’s house made a CD with Lion MP3s got a boom box and a camera, then drove all the way back up there, at 12am hid from the ranger until 1am (who saw my headlights and my car where we left it). Then we preceded to hike up around our friends camp sight, mind you there was no moon out that night it was pitch black, the night vision on the camera was not working, there was not enough light out. We blindly found our friends camp sight, turned on the CD as loud as it would go and walked up to their tents. they had to tents a two person, and a ten person. Knowing the weak parts of the tents it was easy work to bring them down on top of them, in a rush of chaos, anarchy, and lion roars. Then mad dashed back to the GVR-4 and drove back to Carson. Laughing the whole way.
The next day we get the phone call saying they had been attacked by a bear. Apparently the "bear" (being us) circled their tents "like seven times" where the words they used, and it was "The roar of the devil, three feet from there heads". They took pictures of the "bear" prints, teeth, and claw marks on the tent poles. My how the stories grew, we let them go on for two weeks thinking it was a bear. Now at the time we where in preproduction of a "Crew Video", which was just a video of a bunch of short videos including everyone we hung out with, at the end of said video we included the "bear attack" footage. The video was half and hour long, at the premier of the film we had everyone gathered, to show them the film. At first they where in awe, then came the laughter it was awesome.
