Making it a little more Interesting!

I came up with a challenge that I issued to Pete, at the next autocross. After our morning runs, we are going to run no points in the afternoon in each others cars. If the afternoon driver can best the top time set by the owner of the vehicle they win. The losser pays the winners entry fee for that day. In the event of a tie, no one wins.

Pete suggested we make it public, and see if anyone else wanted in.

So if you beat 2 different people in thier cars you start making some cash?

i heard of another challenge, mostly practiced over seas. i dunno if any of you know about it. but it is to perform a task while autocrossing. it would be something like untie a knot, or find a location on a map, or what ever you can come up with.

Ummm, no. Let's not introduce motor skills challenges while people are driving someone else's car as fast as possible...

Didn't I come up with this challenge a while back, and nobody wanted to take me up on it? ;)

I don't know, Dean I think you are alittle out of my league, Pete and I are both in our second season but or cars are totally different.

One is a fast awd turbo saloon, with a stiff suspension, and sticky tires, the other is a light FF low hp hatch, with a 17 year old suspension, and all-season tires.

I'm interested in seeing if the skills we've learned can be used in a completely different situation. Should be interesting.
