How long would it take to get fired if you starting talking in a fake english accent all the time.

Maybe you wouldn't get fired everyone would just think you are wierd.

This question assumes you have to talk to people everyday at your job.

If you used swear words, I would say sooner rather than later.
If you didn't I would say it depends.

It would take at least one day longer than Mike K has been working at IGT apparently. His british accent is horrible.

If you have a fake backstory you might be able to get away with it but if you just, all the sudden start bloody hell with the accent I got to think the higher ups will get rid of you.

Wild, I just had this same conversation with an employee today. We also considered imitating the cracking voice of the zit-faced fast-food kid from the Simpsons and doing the "meow" thing from Super Troopers - attaching "meow" to every sentence.

Accents are stupid...I'm glad I don't have one. :lol:
