FS: 18" Royal Silver Rota SubZeros

Well, since it looks more and more like Matt's getting an STi, I think I need to sell my 18's to make room for the P1's Matt said he'd sell me.

Most of you have seen 'em in person... but for the rest of ya, here's an old picture:

[img:21ecd40f82=600]http://www.doink.net/gallery/Doink%20WRX/SubZero%20Rims/SubZeros%20three%20quarters%20low.jpg[/img:21ecd40f82]

I'll take some more recent close up pics of all the rims ASAP. They do have some curb damage, but since it's a polished lip there's no paint damage and I'll polish out the damage as best as I can before selling 'em.

They have 225/40R18 Kuhmo Ecsta Supra 712 tires on 'em with more than 50% tread left, they should last another 15k miles or more unless you race on 'em.

I'm asking $800 for the rims/tires.

Local people get dibs, but they go on NASIOC and EBay soon! :P

Damn. I wish I remember you were selling these before I bought the Rota's. :x

Hehe.....hard to do that....they will be here tomorrow

Solomon 2003-08-18 02:40 PM

I just made a post on looking to see if you were still selling them! hahah
I am interested. Could I bring a floor jack and put them on to see how they fit first? Just do not know how bad they will rub if at all.
Britten
Give me a call I PM with my number if you dont have it.

P.S. Nice bra. I am sure you hear that from all the men!

Well, they're hanging in my garage right now. I have a jack there too. If you want to come by tonight (I'm off work around 5-5:30), we can test fit 'em, but they need "tuner" lugs... I only have 1 set of tuner lugs and they're on my Attacks right now. We can put them on the car with stock lugs, but you shouldn't drive on 'em w/o the right lugs, so it'll be hard to really make sure there's no rubbing.

Solomon 2003-08-18 04:02 PM

dang. Well I guess I can try and just see them on the car. :(
I do not think I can get over there tonight, but I should be able to get by tuesday evening if that works? I am thinking about how they well work in auto-x...might be to hard?

JC 2003-08-18 06:19 PM

So do you have the P1s Scott?

Just waiting on Matt to pull those Toyo's off... then I gotta get some tires for 'em. Oh yeah, and pay Matt for 'em.

Which is why I need to figure out who's buying these rims!?

Solomon? Sergio? Are you guys really interested, I need to know soon, or these rims will go up on NASIOC and I-Club, or eventually EBay. I'd much rather sell 'em local!

sperry 2003-08-22 01:18 PM

Okay... bumpage time.

These rims are still for sale, but now they're listed on NASIOC. I'm willing to sell 'em locally to someone on this board for $750, just to avoid having to eBay 'em.

C'mon, I know Sergio or Britten could use some rims!

Sergio, these are right up your alley, they've got the max acceptable amount of Bling allowed by the Subaru Anti-Rice Act of 2001 (SARA01, section 23, paragraph 4). ;)

Well, yes and no.. I found a guy who was willing to give me a bunch for 'em, but he lives in Canada, and shipping there is expensive (more than I realized), so UPS took more than their share of the price. :x I think the deal worked out to be pretty fair tho.
