Hi Joseph, glad you joined!

Your car looked great on the track in the hpde, represented well! Maybe next year (if not before), you'll see some of us joining you out there.

I need to do the MSF and buy a motorcycle before I track my car... if something should happen, I'll need transportation...

I'm actually a little afraid that if I track my car, I'll like it so much, I'll bankrupt myself building a dedicated track car... maybe I should start looking for a second job now.

BTW: SECCS has "teh cool" now! Gary Sheehan and Suby Dude are members!

Hey Suby Dude,

Sorry I had to leave right away last Saturday, that I didn't get the chance to chat. I saw you tearing down the road course though. Great job! Maybe in the next NASA event, I'll see you again.

Gorio 2003-08-12 06:54 AM

Oops, that was me.
I got a call from my cousin and he needed help with his car.
I had to head back to Reno.
Next time, I guess.

STIwish 2003-08-12 10:03 AM

Were you guys running wheel to wheel? What exactly does it take?

dknv 2003-08-12 03:47 PM

https://www.nasaproracing.com/hpde/index.html

Link has a briefing of what it takes. SD probably has some additional feedback as well.
(When I've done track events the extras that Dean pointed out for me were upgraded brake pads/brake fluid; and for more grip I ran on kuhmos.)
