The only thing I think that sucks is the price. But it is Rage, and I don't know if I'll ever be able to see them again.

The other thing that sucks is how overcrowded it is, and how it takes 7 hours to get out of there when the shows end...

I'll be too f'd up to drive anyway.

The actual setup of the show and how it works goes pretty well, at least the one I went to.

It used to only be 2 days, I don't know about the 3 day format.

sooo many people though. and you better hope it's only in the 80's. because anything 90 plus down there it just about unliveable. I mean hell on earth hot with sweaty emos kids next to you singing radiohead in your ear!!arrghh!

Can you guys that went give me more info on what you guys did while you were there? I'm trying to plan the cheapest and least suckiest trip as possible.

I stayed at a nice hotel and drove down Friday, when it was 2 day show.

They give you a schedule so you know where to go for your bands.

I'm not really into Rage, but I would like to see Circa Survive. Either way I wouldn't pay that much for a show.

almost worth the drive, too bad it's coachella, I'd rather just go to frisco or something.

And as far as crowds and the 'trouble' to attend (or leave) - well, you should've been to the US Festival...I went both years, and they were unforgettable experiences!

It's only because Rage will be playing..

rage is tight but tahts a lot of money and a lot more line.

Well they will be playing the Rock the Bells shows with Wu-Tang and Cypress Hill, along with a crapload of other bands. Coachella sounds like too much shit to enjoy the music. And San Fran is way closer. The tickets are also cheaper.
