Ken Shamrock at the Stadium today

He was there helping to train his IFL chronies. Anybody here MMA participants?

100_Percent_Juice 2007-05-02 03:09 PM

Ken Shamrock has been raped so many times im surprised he still shows his face in the gym. Still he is pretty yoked.

sperry 2007-05-02 03:09 PM

I hear that Shamrock guy it a total pussy.

*runs and hides*

When i was in middle school (when Street Fighter II was the craze) he was the 80's Tyson of the sport so I've always been a fan. But it's too bad he didn't go out at the top. He had so many chances to redeem himself against the lunkhead Tito.

Nick Koan 2007-05-02 03:28 PM

I'll admit I didn't know who he was at the time, but I met him last year on a plane from San Diego back to Reno. He was nice enough to take a picture with my friend and shoot the shit for a while.

He valeted his plain ol' Carrera at the Peppermill last weekend while I was at work. He doesn't tip well and we still stick his car in one of our good spots.

100_Percent_Juice 2007-05-02 03:44 PM

I would like him if he didnt talk so much shit and they get his ass beat MULTIPLE times because he couldnt back it up. The guy is a total ass and anyone who watched "the ultimate fighter" when he was the coach would agree.

wrxkidid 2007-05-02 07:37 PM

i was there last time when all the guys came in for the MMA stuff at the stadium. i dont usually go there anymore since MRI moved.

shamrock got his ass beat by tito haha. hes a legend though no denying it.

+1 on being an ass on the Ultimate Fighter show though.

What happens if you wreck a car? You should ghost drive one off the top of the parking garage.

If I wreck one at Nissan I have a thousand dollar deductible, if I ever have an extra thousand dollars I'm going to jump 350Z into a pool or something... or just pitch it sideways right into the show room.

Better make that $1000 + a couple months worth of living expenses while you look for a new job. But I like your style.

Literally nothing. I get fired. The Peppermill has some crazy insurance, all they do if you crash a car is tell you take take off.

I find that hard to believe.

I witnessed it on the first day I worked, though it was a pretty minor incident with hitting their passenger mirror enough to make it dangle. The worker came and told the manager while I was getting shown around, he was just told go to home and to not come back. I would imagine something serious may take things into higher consequences, but I'm not positive it does.

wrxkidid 2007-05-02 10:23 PM

ghost ride the whip. bobby my neighbor has a pool that would fit a 350z nicely

The Lion's Den is in Susanville, so I would assume so.

On a related old time UFC legend note, the Gracie Academy is in Torrance, CA. I'm thinking about joining up next week. :)

JonnydaJibba 2007-05-08 12:19 PM

I processed his stuff today. His reg says he's running a gym, but nothing else that I could say. It might be for the Lions Den and he's just late.
