08 Imprezas are rolling in.
 

I was just down at Lithia getting my 7500mi svc and they were unloading a hodgepodge of 08's including 2 Impreza sedan 2.5i's. One silver, one dark grey, both automatic. The dark grey had the sports grille and spoiler, appearance pkg "2b" it said on the sticker. Strange, even the 2.5i's get dual/split exhaust. I was hoping for a hatch model to scrutinize, but just the 2 sedans. They're still around back.

In person, I didn't think the sport grille was much of an improvement, the regular grille wasn't all that bad. The chrome is only on the uprights, between the grille and headlights, the horizontal piece at the top of the grille is darker metallic grey. Interior seemed nice, but they are probably not trimmed out like the WRX will be. Hopefully they'll be getting in some WRX's soon, I'd like to see how the upgrades feel in person after all the itsamazdaZOMG babble of nabisco....I just cant read any more of it.

Jeremy just sent me a phone pic of the silver one. Terrible, IMO.

They dropped off a red WRX sedan late Friday night... It looks ok, I like how it is only a 4 star crash rating and back to the old style calipers, Subaru is really moving ahead.... I bet it handles like it's on rails too !!!!
