Moving into a new house and me and my other roomate cant afford it too long on our own. House will be a nice new spacious home with atleast 3 bedrooms/2.5 bth and possibly 3 car garage. Garage will be occupied but if we have room then a space will be available but driveway space is always available.

Either NW Reno or Sparks area.
No smoking / partying / heavy drinking
No pets
Reliable steady job
$450-$500/month rent + utilities.
